  • Settle your bill at the end of your stay in cash, by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS) or by debit card

How can I confirm my booking?

  • Send an email or a fax and pay 20% of the total price of your entire stay (confirmation deposit). You can pay the deposit by bank transfer, credit card or international money order.

or

  • Use your credit card details as a guarantee, send an email or a fax with your card number, expiry date, and your CVC code (the last 3 numbers written on the back of the card).

Terms and conditions for cancellation

  • There is no cancellation fee for cancellations made at least 2 days in advance of your original arrival date
  • A cancellation fee equal to the cost of the first night of your booking will be made on late cancellations
  • The full cost of the entire booking will be charged in the case of a “No-Show”


Cancellation of bookings where a deposit has been paid: the deposit cannot be refunded but the amount may be used as part payment for any other booking you make with us in the following 12 months.

Late arrival, early departure or cancellation of trip:

In case of early departure or late arrival, we will be forced to charge the full room rate for every day under the reservation.
